Our factory provides infrared energy with fast heat up and cool down. With element temperatures ranging from 1000 ° F (537° C) to 2000° F (1093° C). The elements produce infrared energy in the 0.8 to 1000 micron range. Lower operating temperatures produce longer wavelengths. 1. Wavelength between 0.8-1.4um is short-wave infrared, near-infrared or high-infrared (tungsten as heating unit);
2. Wavelength between 1.4-4.0um is medium-wave infrared or IR infrared(iron chrome alloy wire as heating unit).
3. Wavelength between 4.0-1000um is long wave infrared, far infrared or quartz carbon fiber infrared (carbon fiber as heating unit).
